1. Destinations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. We may decline shipment to any destination where the sale of research chemicals is restricted. [RESTRICTED STATES / ADDRESS TYPES: COUNSEL TO CONFIRM]
2. Order screening and processing
Orders are reviewed for compliance with our Terms of Sale and Research Use Policy before dispatch. Orders that pass review ship promptly, and US delivery takes 2–3 days. We may request additional verification before shipping.
3. Packaging
Products ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials, labeled with product name, quantity and lot number. Vials are stored and shipped at ordinary room temperature, and are shipped discreetly.
4. Carriers and tracking
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched. Adult signature on delivery may be required.
5. Shipping rates
Shipping within the United States is a flat $15 per order. The minimum order is $100 in products, before shipping; smaller orders cannot be placed.
6. Damaged or lost shipments
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact peptigenbioscience@gmail.com within [X] days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage.
