Ordering
Who can place an order?
Orders are accepted only from buyers who are 21 years of age or older and who are purchasing for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research. Every order requires research-use attestations at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. You place the order first, and the next page shows exactly where and how much to send. Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle payments are confirmed by our team, usually within a few hours during support hours.
Can you cancel my order?
We may cancel any order that does not meet our Terms of Sale, including orders or communications that indicate an intended use outside laboratory research. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
Do you offer institutional or purchase-order accounts?
Institutional purchasing options are planned. Please contact us with your organization details.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping, and is there a minimum order?
Shipping within the US is a flat $15 per order. The minimum order is $100 in products, before shipping.
How are orders packaged?
Sealed vials of lyophilized powder are shipped discreetly. Vials are held in cold storage and delivered in 2–3 business days, with a tracking number emailed on dispatch.
Storage
How should I store products on receipt?
Store unopened vials under the storage conditions stated on the product page and on the Certificate of Analysis for your lot.
What form are products supplied in?
All products are supplied as lyophilized powder in sealed vials, labeled with product name, quantity, and lot number.
Certificates of Analysis
Where can I find the COA for my vial?
Search the lot number printed on your vial label in our COA Library.
Who performs the testing?
An independent third-party analytical laboratory tests each lot by HPLC: identity against a reference standard, purity, and net peptide content per vial. See our Quality page.
Research use policy
Are these products for human or animal use?
No. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, or cosmetics.
Can I get advice on using these products?
No. We do not provide any guidance regarding use of our products in humans or animals, and we cannot answer questions of that kind. Inquiries that indicate such intent may result in order cancellation. See our Research Use Policy.

Do I need an account to order?
Customer accounts are planned for launch. Until then, orders will be placed with an email address and verified attestations.
